2024 AGM
Hockey Alberta is hosting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, November 28. The meeting will be held virtually, using Zoom, starting at 7:00 pm (MT).
It is important for Executive Members of Member organizations (MHAs, Recreational/ Pond Hockey Programs, Para/ Sledge Hockey Programs, Accredited Schools, Junior Leagues and Senior Leagues) to attend the AGM to exercise your right to vote in the elections and for Notices of Motion. It is also important for sanctioned Minor Hockey Leagues to attend to obtain valuable information.
When registering for the AGM, Member organizations will be asked to register individuals as either a Member’s Voting Delegate or as an Observer.
- Each Member organization is asked to identify one (1) Voting Delegate and complete the Voting Delegate registration form for that individual.
- All other delegates attending the meeting, whether on behalf of a Member organization, a Minor Hockey League or as a Hockey Alberta Volunteer or guest, will complete registration through the Observer registration form.
Only registered Voting Members who properly complete the online registration process prior to the registration deadline will be included in the voting list and entitled to vote.
The deadline for registering a Voting Delegate is Monday, November 18. Observers can register up until 48 hours prior to the meeting.
