2024 Summer Weekend Checking Skills Camp - Lloydminster
The 2024 Summer Weekday Checking Skills Camp is an Alberta Built Skills program designed to help prepare athletes for the 2024-25 season. Hockey Alberta will be hosting a series of training sessions for male athletes at Centennial Civic Centre in Lloydminster in August. On-ice sessions are led by Dallas Hines and Twin Hockey Development - Chase and Easton Haygarth.
These sessions introduce and reinforce proper checking skills for U13 and U15 players.
WHO: 2010-2012 and 2013 born players. Groups will be formed based on level of play in 2023/24 season
WHEN: August 16-17 (two ice sessions on Friday and one on Saturday morning)
WHERE: Lloydminster, Centennial Civic Centre
WHY: Introduce proper skills and techniques for safe and effective bodychecking.
COST: $129

Refunds requested up to 1 week prior to program - $30 admin fee withheld
Refunds requested 1 week to 72 hours prior to program - $60 admin fee withheld
