Junior/Senior Emergency Goaltender Submission Form

Hockey Alberta allows the use of ’Emergency Goaltenders’ during any scheduled Exhibition, League, Provincial or Tournament Game if the Hockey Team’s registered goaltender and all available affiliates are unavailable due to medical reasons or extenuating circumstances. ’Emergency Goaltenders’ must be registered with another sanctioned Hockey Team of equal or lower Division or Category.
