RAC HEAD COACH
RAC is looking to fill the following Head Coach positions for the 2025-26 season
- U18AA
- U13AAA
- U13AA
- U11AA
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day hockey operations of the team and contributing to the overall player and coach development of the association and elite draw zone. This position will report to the Rangers Athletic club and must be open and willing to work with an integrated support team and receive mentorship and feedback that enhances their skillset and development as a coach
Skills
- Knowledge of hockey development, skills, strategies, and tactics
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated strong mentorship, leadership, and conflict management.
- Passionate and skilled in fostering an environment of personal and athletic growth for athletes
- Obtained, or working towards obtaining the required coaching certifications
- Passionate about sport and leaving a positive impact on everyone involved
- Uphold the FSMH & RAC policies and procedures
