Head Coach
The Fort Saskatchewan Hawks, a member of the Capital Junior Hockey League, are seeking a motivated and committed Head Coach for the 2025-26 Season. The ideal candidate shall possess a strong hockey background, and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Lead on-ice and off-ice training sessions.
• Create and execute game strategies, analyze opponents, and provide in-game adjustments.
• Foster a positive and competitive team culture.
• Recruit and retain high-calibre players.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff, front office, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive program.
Requirements
• Previous coaching experience required.
• Previous high-level playing experience is a plus.
• Ability to attend all games and practices, as well as any additional events.
• Development 1/High Performance 1 certification is a plus.
• Hockey Canada Safety certification is a plus.
